Pre Req: (ECON 103 or RES-ECON Students seeking to enroll must obtain Prof. Heim's permission. They can do so only by coming to class to join the (off-line, paper) waiting list. Prof. Heim will accept students off the waiting list up to a total enrollment of 25.
