Have you ever doubted whether your supplements really work or are just placebos? Have you ever been overwhelmed by food news or articles but failed to differentiate with the truth and rumors? If you have ever confused about these questions or are interested in discovering more truth beneath food and health, then come on board because this is the right course for you! Please join me to embark on an exciting journey to explore the science behind food, understand how food interacts with our health, and shape your own ideas about how to eat and live a healthy lifestyle.
