This seminar will explore how college students' health and well-being is influenced, challenged or improved by campus culture, individual decisions, social influence, institutional policies and the built environment. We will explore UMass Amherst and the surrounding community as we apply a public health framework to understand health.

Open to students in the Public Health Exploratory Track and first-year Public Health, Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Communication Disorders majors.
