This course introduces the politics of policy-making in explicit cross-national focus. It satisfies a core requirement for SPP MPP/MPPA students. Focus is on how values, institutions, and choices shape outcome.
Open to Masters Public Policy & Admin (MPPA) and Public Policy (MPP) students only. MPP and MPPA students only. Others may enroll with instructor permission.
Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
