Introduction to the biology of environmental pollution. Examples of air, water, and land degradation will be studied using case histories. Strategies to restore damaged ecosystems and current approaches to achieve sustainable environments will be discussed. (Gen.Ed. BS)
There are 90 seats reserved for ENVSCI majors. If SPIRE does not allow you to add this class and you are NOT an ENVSCI major, please check back after summer New Student Orientation advising is completed in midJuly. Any remaining open seats will be released at that time. If you are an ENVSCI major and you are unable to add the class due to NSO enrollment capacity limits, please contact the ENVSCI undergrad office for an override.
