Natural Sciences 191CNS98 - FYS-Plantbased food-Impossible

You probably have seen plant-based food everywhere, and have heard that Impossible Burger and Beyond Meat taste like real meat. But you may also have read articles that say plant-based foods are over-processed and can?t provide good nutrition for humans. During this seminar, we will talk about the different kinds of plant-based foods and discuss their pros and cons. We will learn about the food science and nutrition of plant-based foods.
