Regional Planning 597P - ST-Housing Policy in the U.S.

This seminar examines the prevalent themes in the implementation of housing policy in the United States. In three modules, we examine 1) federal and state policies, 2) the mechanisms of public housing, tax credit, housing vouchers, and then 3) take a deep dive into local Massachusetts housing plans.
