A holistic view of plants including ecology, plant form and function, inheritance and evolution, and the relationship between plants and human life. Taught using world food, agricultural and gardening examples. (Gen.Ed. BS)
This course is being taught entirely in an online format. All lectures will be available as video and PowerPoint on the internet. Once the course shows up on your BLACKBOARD account at the start of the semester, all materials can be accessed on-line. Watch the introductory video and read the syllabus on the course home page.
