Designed to encourage physical fitness and improve self-confidence. Warm-up exercises, calisthentics, running, various team sports. All exercises accomplished as a group.
A NON AFROTC CADET MUST BE ABLE TO RUN 5 MILES IN 60 MINS OR LESS
MUST HAVE A SPORTS PHYSICAL ON FILE TO PARTICIPATE THAT IS GOOD FOR 1 YEAR
