Microbiological laboratory procedures including sterile technique, microscopy, enrichment and isolation, and preservation. Extensive experience in the cultivation of microorganisms. Prerequisite: MICROBIO 310 or concurrent enrollment.
Microbio majors only Prerequisite: MICROBIO 310 or concurrent enrollment.

Microbiology 312 is for MICROBIOLOGY MAJORS ONLY. If you are a non-major requiring a microbiology lab please refer to Microbiology 265 Introduction to Microbiology Laboratory.
