Economic theory of the macro-economy. Determinants of unemployment rates, inflation rates, national income, GDP. Tools of public policy available which can be used to promote macroeconomic goals. (Gen.Ed. SB)

Open to students in the Partners in Education RAP in Melville. The lecture and discussion sections of this course can not be overridden. Students can enroll only through SPIRE into open sections, up to the capacity listen in SPIRE. There is no override process for this course.

Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
