Laboratory exercises emphasizing chemical, physical, and biological changes in foods, during processing and storage. Prerequisites: concurrent enrollment in FOOD-SCI 541 and consent of instructor.

Food Science majors only Additional lab fees are associated with this section.

Students need to have concurrent registration in Fd Sci 542, and will be subject to be dropped without notification.

Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
