Modern Tibetan VI is the second part of a four-part intermediate course sequence in Modern Tibetan. The course is offered through the Five College Center for the Study of World Languages. The independent study format includes small group conversation sessions and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Modern Tibetan develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Tibet or Tibetan-speaking areas and to support course work in Asian Studies or Buddhist Studies.

Prerequisites: Modern Tibetan I - V or equivalent

Permission is required for interchange registration during all registration periods.
