Practice in use of simple surveying instruments such as tapes, compasses, and levels for measurement of land surfaces. Methods of grading and graphic representations of landform (contours and profiles) explored.
Open to Stockbridge students with testing agreement only. This course is part of the 2nd Year curriculum for the Landscape Contracting program. 1st Year Landscape Contracting students should not be enrolled. Others may seek permission of the instructor to enroll.
Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
