Isenberg School of Management 795L - Sem-Leadership & Beyond

An overview of different perspectives and approaches to leadership practice. Goes beyond traditional leadership practices to examine empowering leadership approaches and contemporary leadership challenges. Prerequisite: Sch-Mgmt 680.

This Class has a Hybrid design centered on Required Live In-Person Discussion Class Sessions on Mondays from 6:00PM-9:00PM on the following dates: 9/13, 9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15. The live class sessions focus on live case discussions and include your team's case discussion leadership and presentation dates as well as other live case discussions led by other teams. The rest of the class you will be working with your team and on your own to complete course assignments.
