Psychological & Brain Sciences 397G - ST- Organizational Psychology

Through a scientist-practitioner perspective an overview and exploration of how psychology and behavioral science is applied in the workplace and organizations both historically and in current practices. Topics include the application of psychology and behavioral science to: the organization's talent/employee life cycle and related key metrics - such as effectiveness, satisfaction, engagement, and culture; the organizational change process; individual and organizational wellbeing and resilience; and individual work and careers. Pre-req: Introduction to Psychology.
