Isenberg School of Management 697LE - ST-LeadingInnovation&Improvmnt

This course is designed to teach future leaders how to build and maintain organizations that are consistent innovators and rapid improvers. You will learn how to diagnose an organization's improvement and innovation initiatives and identify their strengths and weaknesses. The course incorporates a significant amount of reading and discussion of relevant books and articles, a number of outside speakers, and a field trip to several organizations to see cutting edge thinking and practice in action.

Open to MBA and MSB&A students in the Isenberg School of Management. There will be one mandatory Friday Company Field Trip on December 2nd.
