Five Coll Ctr: World Languages 197RS - ST-Turkish Speakers I

Mentored Turkish for Turkish Speakers I is part of the Mentored Language Program administered by the Five College Center for World Languages. The course is designed for students who already have advanced proficiency in spoken Turkish, but want to learn to read and write in the language. The course format combines independent study with weekly individual tutorials with a Turkish language mentor. Students are required to complete a set amount of material during the semester and complete mid-term and final examinations graded by an outside evaluator. Participation in the program requires significant independent work and initiative.
