Data Analytics and Computation 604 - Adv Data-Driven Storytelling

How can social scientists convey data through narrative and reports geared toward general audiences or specific stakeholders? How can they convey those data through visuals geared toward non-scientists? This hands-on course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to generate strong, data-driven communication.

Open to DACSS master's students. This is a required core course for the DACSS Master's degree.

Open to DACSS Master's students only. Required prerequisites: 601, 602, 603 (or approved substitutes), and at least 3 additional DACSS electives (including at least 2 technical electives)
