The objective of this course is to provide students with understanding of principals of securities trading and market structure. At the end of this course you will be able to: (a) contrast different market mechanisms, including exchange and dealer markets, (b) compare different market settings and their advantages, (c) evaluate the costs and risks associated with trading in different markets.
Open to Finance majors in the Isenberg School of Management. FINANCE 301 & 304 This course can apply to either the Financial Analyst or Risk Management Concentration/Track.
