First Year Seminar 191CNS18 - FYS- Emotions: Inside Out/In

Most of the world's population experiences emotions; however, most people possess a limited understanding of them. Do you know what makes up your emotional processes and expressions? Do you know what internal and external factors impact emotions? How does your identity alter your emotional experience? Answers to these questions will be explored in this seminar using active learning practices. Expect discussion, reflection, activities, and community building as we begin to tackle our understanding of the complexity of emotions!
