In this course, we will conduct engaging experiments that shed light on the intriguing relationship between science and the culinary world. Brace yourself for an exploration of intriguing topics, including the impact of color on taste perception, the scientific wonders behind the browning reaction of apples, and the magic candy that turns lemon into sweetness.
