Living a healthy life is everyone's aspiration. We are well aware that our daily diet can play a huge role in achieving this goal. However, before you even put something into your mouth and grab a bite, have you ever thought about its components and how they will affect your body? Curious to find out more? Join this course for a chance to explore components of various food products, learn whether they are good or bad for your well-being, as well as analyze them using home based lab techniques. You will learn about testing low quality milk, extracting dietary fiber from apples, identifying antioxidant compounds from berries, investigating toxic compounds from cassava, finding adulterated vinegar, and more. Get ready to discover the secrets behind what you eat.
