This course is designed to help students transition to college life while diving into topics related to their wellbeing and future as educators. Students will gain better clarity about academic, professional, and personal goals, and develop plans to accomplish them. Course topics include UMass resources, education careers, conflict resolution, mindfulness, identity development, and more
