Principles of health promotion and wellness with an emphasis on helping you get the most out of your college experience. Using active, socially engaged approaches we will examine topics such as resilience and stress, social image, healthy eating, social activism, substance use, healthy relationships, and human sexuality (Gen.Ed. SI, DU).

Open to Sophomores & Freshmen only. Open to Sophomores & Freshmen only. If you meet this criteria and are unable to self-enroll, please contact the instructor.

MBMH is taught using a Team-Based, collaborative learning format; students will be actively participating in classroom discussions throughout the semester. It uses BLACKBOARD NOT Moodle
