An increasing number of students seek study abroad experiences related to global health. The purpose of this one-credit course is to provide students with an important opportunity to prepare for the learning abroad experience. The course will focus on understanding the social, political, and health challenges in various contexts, developing cultural humility, and exploring the ethics of field experience while abroad.

SPHHS 150/PUBHLTH 200 Required for students interested in the global health concentration. Helpful for students interested in studying abroad.
