This course introduces students to the professional conventions of dietetic medical nutrition therapy notes. We will also discuss the profession of dietetics, and nutrition and health care public policy as it impacts the profession of dietetics.

Open to senior and junior Nutrition majors. NUTRITN 230 & KIN 272
