This lecture course is an introduction to studying political thought and political theory in a global, transnational, comparative way. The core problems are both what it means to study the normative and ideological dimensions of politics across the divides of distinct traditions and also what is involved in treating the entire globe as the proper scope for political thought.
Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
