This course will focus on preparing Architecture students who are nearing graduation for what comes after the BS in ARCH degree. Students will learn about various career and graduate school pathways. We will also cover topics such as the job search process, networking, interview skills, and licensing requirements, among others. Ample time will be spent workshopping resume and portfolio design, as well as planning job or grad school application strategies. Classes will include short lectures and discussions with faculty, HFA Advising staff, and area professionals. Homework will consist of short readings and portfolio and resume design. At the end of the course, successful resumes and portfolio samples will be posted on the Dept. of Arch. website for employer access.

Open to BS-ARCH students only. Pre Req: ARCH 301 Seminar is targeted for junior and senior Architecture students who are also taking ARCH 400 - Design III, or ARCH 403 Design V
