A seminar on time management from practical and theoretical perspectives. This course involves identifying and improving strategies and skills related to time management, including developing and refining an effective system for the semester. Students will focus on how to manage their time for college academics and extracurricular activities, and how to develop overall time literacy in order to establish productive routines based on what works for you.
