Food Science 391C - S- Food Science Writing

The Food Science Junior Year Writing Course will introduce you to and improve your communication skills (including writing, of course) in areas that you will encounter in your career as a life scientist (not just a food scientist). This course will teach you how to utilize a number of valuable tools that will improve your communication skills and that will save you time and effort. The overall aim of this course is to help you improve your communication and writing skills in a way that will directly aid your career as a food scientist. Satisfies the Junior Year Writing requirement for BS-Food Science students.

Pre Req: ENGLWRIT 112 or CW
