This seminar will support your transition to college and introduce you to a topic in engineering. The course will be an exploration of an exciting engineering-related topic of societal impact. This seminar will also introduce basic skills and available resources skills for life as a college student.

First-year (R1ST) Topic: Exploring Automobile Engineering Fundamentals: Understanding Vehicle Mechanics and Principles
In this course, students will explore the fundamental principles underlying the functioning of automobiles. Topics include the operation of engines, radiators, carburetors, and other vehicle components. Through an examination of the physics and engineering principles driving vehicle development, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of automobile engineering by the course's end.
