Biochemistry & Molecular Bio. 684 - PlantBiochem & MolcBio Journal

The goal of this journal club is to provide participants with the opportunity to critically analyze recent, peer-reviewed and pre-print research papers from the molecular life sciences, in discussion with their peers. Students will also take turns presenting a summary of relevant background information and leading the discussion of a paper that aligns with their research interests. Discussions will typically focus on one article per week and encompass an in-depth analysis of results, conclusions, techniques, and the clarity of the writing and figures. This section of the journal club focuses on areas under the broad umbrella of plant cell signaling, growth, development, reproduction and interaction with the environment.
