Isenberg School of Management 783 - Business Law

Examines and evaluates legal problems as they relate to the business environment. Course will deal with areas of law including contracts, agency, ethics, bankruptcy, business organization and other areas of commercial law.

Open to Masters and PhD students in the Isenberg School of Management and Engineering Management students. Classes will meet 5 times live on-campus and the rest will be online. Live dates are: February 5, February 12, March 4, April 8, and May 6.
