Small group of students will explore a craft/topic separate from those in the class as a student-driven learning experience. This makes the work separate from class, where the instructor curates topics. In this colloquium, topics are discovered at need by students exploring a separate creative activity and posing scientific questions about the processes, materials, and tools of that activity. Academic products will include 1) articulation of learning by each student and the group and 2) set of materials / concepts / references / activities that may be offered as a main sequence module in a future semester of Chem 103.
Permission is required for interchange registration during the add/drop period only.
