First-year (R1ST) Title: How do we get along? Relationships between human and animals
What do pets, livestock, service animals, parasites all have in common? All have been shaped by their interaction with humans. In this First Year Seminar, we will be exploring the diverse interactions between humans and animals. We will also discuss how animal/human relationships help to shape different aspects of human society, and the animals themselves. Like all First Year Seminars, we will take time to discuss introductions to skills and resources that will help students succeed in their first year and beyond.
