Kinematics, vectors and scalars, Newton's laws of motion, work and energy, impulse and momentum. Conservation laws. Collisions, oscillations, rotational dynamics, waves and sound, fluids, with Lab. Use of calculus in physics; problem-solving methods. Co-requisite: MATH 131. (GenEd. PS)
Physics 152 anti-req Students who have taken Physics 152 cannot enroll in this course.

Section 03 is the Flex version of the lecture part of this course. This Flex section allows you the option of attending recorded lectures remotely, either asynchronously or simultaneous with the live lecture section 01 (MoWeFr 11:15am-12:05pm ET). For the lab, students must choose one of the regular in-person lab sections. Likewise, midterm and final exams must be taken on-campus and synchronously, at the same time as the section 01 students.
Registration is only by permission of instructor and requires that you contact your advisor.
