This course considers the role of ethics in business decision-making. Students will learn about significant aspects of business law and legal compliance issues, as well as important ethical frameworks. Additionally, students will explore ethical challenges faced by businesses, looking at business decisions made by corporations. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with perspectives that will allow for a better understanding of how modern businesses function and the role of ethics and law in business today.

Open to University MBA, MBA/MS Sport Management Dual Degree, MBA/Master of Public Policy and Administration dual degree students only.
