Students will receive an opportunity to manage and organize meat sales through retail, wholesale and direct to consumer markets. Student will walk away with an understanding of pricing products, estimating yields and revenue, managing inventory in relation to sales, organization of business through Excel spreadsheets, marketing and interpersonal marketing management skills.
