Structure and function of biological molecules, especially proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. Important concepts include bioenergetics, biological catalysis, and metabolic pathways as interacting regulated systems.

BIOCHEM 275/85 w/ B-, CHEM C- This discussion section is for students who do not want to attend peer-led team learning (PLTL) sessions. All students will start out by enrolling in this section, and can swap into a PLTL discussion when sections open-up during the first week of classes.

Multiple required components--lab and/or discussion section. To register, submit requests for all components simultaneously.
