Electrical & Computer Engin 590C - Quantum Computing/CommNetworks

In this course, we discuss how quantum computing (QC) enables new paradigms in the design, optimization, and operation of communication networks, the benefits of computing parallelism enabled by quantum computers and quantum search algorithms in networking, quantum machine learning, and solutions to network security in advanced networks. We will review the latest results in this area and test several QC algorithms on small-scale quantum computers.
