Five Coll Ctr: World Languages 115SA - Adv Swahili/Development Policy

Advanced Swahili for Development Policy is an advanced Swahili course offered through the Five College Center for World Languages. The course format includes small group conversation sessions and individual tutorials. Students will develop speaking, listening, reading, writing, and cross-cultural communication skills related to economic development and educational opportunities in East Africa, to prepare them for study abroad in East Africa and engagement with Swahili-speaking communities, and to support course work in African Studies and Economics and other academic, vocational, and personal goals.

Prerequisite: Swahili I - VIII or equivalent.
