This seminar will support your transition to college and introduce you to a topic in engineering. The course will be an exploration of an exciting engineering-related topic of societal impact. This seminar will also introduce basic skills and available resources skills for life as a college student.

First-year (R1ST) Course Title: Engineering Disease: From Mechanisms to Medicine
Focuses on how engineers study disease systems, including cancer and immune interactions, to design new diagnostics, therapies, and technologies at the intersection of biology and engineering.
