Research and compilation of a digital English to Spanish lexicon related to the student's individual field of study (Business, Education, Law, Medicine, Political Science, etc.).
By familiarizing themselves with bilingual terminology pertaining to their specific field of studies, students will gain practical knowledge on language use in real life situations.
The ultimate goal is being able to communicate efficiently to a larger range of people within that field. For example, if a student's field of study is the Law, they will utilize the internet, library resources, as well as formal court documents/forms in order to gather a list of applicable legal terms that could benefit their future careers, if they were to work at times with native speakers of Spanish.
