Danish II is the second part of a four-part elementary course sequence in Danish offered through the Five College Center for World Languages. The course format includes intensive independent study, small group conversation sessions led by a peer conversation partner, and an evaluation by an outside evaluator. Students studying Danish develop speaking and listening skills needed for study abroad in Denmark and engagement with Danish-speaking communities, and to support course work in Scandinavian Studies and other academic, vocational, and personal goals.

Students must apply to add this course; Contact the Five College Center for World Languages for details: fivecolleges.edu/languages.

Prerequisite: Danish I or equivalent

Permission is required for interchange registration during all registration periods.
