Students will evaluate research on the psychology of happiness with an emphasis on how to promote happiness through work/life balance. Topics will include concepts and measurements of happiness, evaluating workplace satisfaction, understanding the impact of stress, and resiliency.
Senior Psychology Majors only. Pre Req: PSYCH 241 This course will take place through the LEAD at Mt Ida program. Course to be taught on Mt Ida Campus.

When taken in combination with Psych 494PI, this course can count towards the Integrative Experience (IE) requirement for Primary Psychology majors. This course and 494PI do not need to be taken in the same semester
