Physical Activity & Pubhlth

An introduction to the interdisciplinary field of physical activity and public health. Topics will include the effects of physical activity on cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal, mental and cognitive health. Students will be introduced to physical activity measurement techniques and strategies for effective physical activity promotion.
