Appl Kinesiology Concepts

This course is designed to bridge the Gen Eds and introductory kinesiology courses with upper-division classes and more focused study, and will provide opportunities for students to apply their scientific knowledge to real-world situations through work in teams. This course examines psychological theories and research related to sport and exercise behavior. The course is designed to introduce you to the field of sport and exercise psychology by providing a broad overview of the major topics in the area. The course objectives are as follows:
