ST- Phys Activity Research I

This course is designed to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge related to measuring children's free-living physical activity and sedentary behavior in unstructured environments. Students will learn about and become proficient with direct observation methods, accelerometry and anthropometric measurements. Becoming proficient in these methodologies will allow students to continue with hands-on data collection efforts.
