In this course, you will learn about a variety of principles related to thriving in life, and putting them into practice. This can help finder greater satisfaction with, and performance in, a variety of life elements, such as school work, productivity, well being, confidence, sense of purpose, intentionality, and relationships.

Isenberg Transfer Connection

This seminar is designed to assist first semester Isenberg School of Management external transfer students with the transition into their new academic community. Through this one-credit seminar, students will be introduced to valuable academic and career related topics and provided with connections to campus resources, faculty and staff.

RealEstateFin,Analys,Invest

Real Estate Finance, Analysis and Investment is the study of commercial real estate, finance, and investment, taught from an entrepreneurial perspective. The goal is to develop an understanding of the concepts and techniques required to analyze and evaluate, acquire, and finance real estate properties.

ST-Foundation of Accounting

In this course students will learn to prepare and interpret the three major components of the corporate annual report: the Balance Sheet, the Income Statement, and the Statement of Cash Flows. The underlying accounting model that produces these statements will be critically reviewed; both its strengths and limitations will be evaluated. Additionally the role of popular ratios in forecasting firm profitability, risk, and liquidity are considered. Student will gain this knowledge through homework assignments, discussion questions, and an integrative case analysis.
